“Escape the Ordinary” is the theme of Rodman Public Library’s 2015
Adult Summer Reading Program—a summer of super heroes. The program is
open to adults ages 18 and older, and will run concurrently with the
teen and children’s program.
For each book read, the adult reader will enter a ticket into a
weekly prize drawing for a Friends of the Library tote. With each sixth
book read, a ticket will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing for a
tote bag filled with local gift certificates and assorted goodies.
For every “special” adult program attended—no standing
programs—Summer Reading Program participants will receive one Grand
Prize drawing ticket. Also, correctly answer a weekly challenge question
and receive one ticket for the Grand Prize drawing, plus win a small
prize. The Grand Prize is provided courtesy of the Friends of Rodman
Summer Reading Program begins on Monday, June 1 and runs through Saturday, August 29.
