Welcome! Our programs are sponsored by the Friends of the Keene Public Library, the Trustees of the Keene Public Library, & other community sponsors. Research shows that reading during the summer helps to maintain & improve students' reading abilities while out of school, & even better – it's fun! There are 4 programs to choose from. All of the programs start on June 20 & run through August 16. If you have questions or need assistance, call the library at 603-352-0157.

In this program, parents & caregivers will read with babies, toddlers, and others. The prizes in this program will appeal to young children. School age kids that are not reading independently should join the Kids Summer Game.

We also have a program for teens and a program for adults. Parents are encouraged to join. When your kids see you taking time to read, they can learn that reading is enjoyable.

Photo Release: All library patrons consent to the use of their photographs, which may be taken at the library or during library events unless they specifically inform staff of an objection to such use. Photos may be used in print, broadcast, and web publicity. Please check the box on the sign-up form and inform a staff member if you do not wish to have your picture taken.
