Catherine St. John, owner and school director of Western Reserve School of Cooking, will demonstrate how to spiralize your vegetables. Spiralizing is a way to prepare your vegetables in a way that resembles spaghetti with the added benefit of increasing your vegetable intake.  She will demonstrate three different spiralizing tools and present samples of a Greek Zoodle and a Zucchini Zoodle.

You’ve been asked to put together a presentation using PowerPoint and you have no idea where to begin.  The Hudson Library & Historical Society will offer an introductory class to learn the basics of creating a professional looking presentation.
    
PowerPoint is used to create visually appealing presentations that may include photographs, diagrams and text.  This class covers the basics of PowerPoint, including creating a slideshow featuring text and pictures, rearranging slides, and saving and printing the presentation.  Familiarity with Microsoft Word 2013 is recommended.
